Returns/Claims

All claims for shortages or unsatisfactory merchandise must be filed within 5 days after receipt of merchandise. Restocking fees may apply. Damaged merchandise must be left intact with shipping containers, crates or skids pending inspection by carrier claim adjuster. Photos will be required.
