Belmont carries a range of ceramic small hole EDM drill guides for our SY, Astec, and Maxicut Series Small Hole EDM Drills. Guides are available for electrode sizes ranging from .1mm to 6.0mm diameter.

| Special Ceramic Guides | Some applications may require a special ceramic guide created to have an extended length, with a thinner body to get into tight spaces. The custom guide is created per the customer’s specific specifications. |
| Guide Extensions | Guide extensions are available to extend the length of a standard ceramic guide. The extensions are available in a variety of lengths and are typically in stock. These can be purchased individually or as part of a kit. The kit includes one of each of the following sizes: 1.0”, 1.5”, 2.0”, 2.5”, and 3”. |
