Belmont Equipment & Technologies, a pioneer in the EDM industry, is expanding its NE sales and operations team. This position, for the right person, could lead to an Outside Sales position.

Overview

Belmont Equipment & Technologies has experienced significant growth over the years and is currently seeking an Inside Sales / Warehouse Mgr. for the NE area (MA) office. This is a growth position.

This is a unique position offering both sales and operational experience. We are seeking a customer-centric salesperson with a high level of drive and commitment to customer satisfaction who also wants to run our warehouse.

The compensation package includes a competitive hourly rate and commissions; and an excellent benefits package.

Roles & Responsibilities

As a warehouse manager, you would be responsible for shipping, receiving, operations, and performing local deliveries using the Company vehicle. Typical warehouse responsibilities can be completed in two days per week leaving time for three plus days a week for inside sales activities.

As an inside sales representative, you would be responsible for the execution of the sales plan and models to meet and exceed sales objectives. Prospect, qualify, position, and close sales opportunities.

Education & Experience Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent plus 1-2 years related experience including technical customer service experience.

The successful candidate must be a proven self-starter with a high level of self-sufficiency.
